With the end of the MA State of Emergency, The Second Step offices are safely reopening. Community advocacy, housing assistance, and legal services for survivors of domestic violence are available in person. (Please note, masks are required in the office for anyone not fully vaccinated.) For those who prefer to access remote services, advocates and attorneys will continue to meet with clients by phone or video. To make an appointment, please call (617) 965-3999 and use the dial-by-service directory.

TSS offices are open 9AM–5PM, Monday–Friday.

Domestic violence services are available at any time through the National Domestic Violence Hotline: (800) 799−7233 and Safelink: (877) 385-2020. You can chat online with an Advocate by visiting www.thehotline.org.

In case of emergency, always call 911.
